Is Pavo legit?
Yes. Pavo is a payments app made by Emmber, Inc., a Delaware corporation. Card payments run on Stripe. Here is everything you need to check that for yourself.

A company, a founder, and an app you can look up.
- Company

Pavo’s founder and CEO is Jeremiah Fries. He is on LinkedIn.
Company details, ownership and the registered agent’s address are on the Company page and in the legal entity disclosure.
The app was called Plus until October 5, 2026, when it was renamed Pavo. The website moved to getpavo.app on October 18, 2026, which is why the address is new. The earlier addresses, pluse.to, plus-app.io and pavo-me.com, are ours and forward here.
Other apps and companies also use the name Pavo, including travel, AI and finance apps. They are not us. Ours is the payments app at getpavo.app.
How your money moves
Pavo is software, not a bank.
- Each seller has their own Stripe account. When a customer pays, the money goes into that account. Pavo does not receive, hold, pool or transmit it.
- Payouts can pause for a check. If a payment or a change of bank account needs a look, Pavo can pause payouts and tells the seller why. The money stays in the seller’s Stripe balance.
- Stripe pays out to the seller’s bank. The first payout usually takes about a week, then payouts run on a schedule. Payout timing
- Card details go straight to Stripe, which is certified PCI DSS Level 1. Pavo never sees or stores full card numbers.
- Every fee is shown before you charge. See all fees
Paying with a Pavo link?
Four things to check before you pay.
- The address. The link opens on getpavo.app. The card step can then open on Stripe’s checkout.stripe.com. Older links on pavo-me.com, plus-app.io or pluse.to forward to getpavo.app.
- The name. The page shows the name of the business you are paying.
- The card form. You pay in Stripe’s card form. No one should ask for your card number by text, email or phone.
- Your statement. The charge shows the business’s name. It can be shortened, and it can show PAVO.
Didn’t expect the request? Don’t pay it. Ask the business directly, or send us the link and we will check it.
What Pavo never asks for
- Your password or a sign-in code, by email, text or phone.
- Your full card number, outside Stripe’s card form.
- A fee before you can receive money.
Pavo’s automatic emails come from getpavo.app addresses. If a message asks for any of the above, don’t reply. Forward it to [email protected].

Is Pavo a scam?
No. Pavo is a real company with an app on the App Store and Google Play. It is young: the app was renamed from Plus to Pavo in October 2026 and the website moved to getpavo.app that month, so there are few reviews yet. You can check any Pavo payment page with the steps on this page.

No. Pavo does not receive, hold, pool or transmit customer payments. Money from each sale goes into the seller’s own Stripe account, and Stripe pays it out to the seller’s bank.
